Pay Rate: $52/hr
Weekly Pay: $2,080/week (including stipend)
Stipend: $1,246/week
Overtime: Available after 40 hours
Taxable (W2): $20.85/hr
Non-Taxable: $31.15/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at Odyssey - Grant Rehabilitation and Care Center in Petersburg, West Virginia. The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients, helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, functional independence, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their functional needs and rehabilitation goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, balance activities, and other appropriate interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and strategies to support continued progress.
Follow facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
