Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 2+ years of experience and ARRT (R) certification for a Level II trauma center in Asheville, NC.
Details
- II trauma center hospital setting
- Diagnostic Radiology department located on the 2nd floor of F tower
- Staffing includes technologists and supervisors across day, evening, and night shifts
- Equipment includes GE Rad rooms, GE and Shiatzu portables, and OEC and Medtronic C-arms/O-arms
- Uses Cerner Rad Net EMR system
- Weekend shift rotation required
- 13-week assignment with shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, Friday through Sunday
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology
- ARRT (R) certification required
- License required if applicable
- Proficiency in all areas of diagnostic radiology, including portable and OR imaging
- Experience with ED trauma imaging required
- Fluoroscopic procedure experience preferred
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Perform diagnostic, portable, trauma, fluoroscopic, and surgical imaging procedures
- Must be a self-motivated team player able to work independently when needed
- Black scrubs required per dress code
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
