Nanny Needed

Our son is 5 months old. Im not entirely sure if he can be sleep-trained as of yet, but its very challenging with him. He has a pretty consistent schedule & we have 2 other kids. We are having to spend so much time away from the other kids to tend to him due to his inability to nap properly and sleep during nighttime. Constant wakeups, refuses pacifier, gas drops help temporarily, needs more milk, wants to be rocked all the time, multiple times throughout the night, and does not self soothe.
