Job Description
Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska is looking for a high-energy, positive attitude, team-minded individual to join our team! The Store Manager position is essential for the success of our retail store operation. The ideal candidate will support our core values of respect, compassion, and integrity with a focus on great customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Perform tasks necessary for an efficient operation
- Train and motivate store personnel, striving for an enjoyable workplace
- Create an exciting shopping environment
- Serve as a positive role model to employees
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Two (2) years of experience working with the public is preferred
- Supervisory experience
- Valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet insurance requirements are required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
