Customer Service Representative needed in North Austin
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: On-site initially, with potential hybrid schedule after training
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is looking to learn and grow.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with questions regarding accounts and payments
Make occasional follow-up calls regarding outstanding balances
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
Learn company procedures and systems
Requirements
