We are partnering with a well-established retail operation in Fort Worth to find a Store Manager who knows how to lead a team, own an operation, and drive results.

The Role

You'll have full ownership of the store's day-to-day operation, leading a team of people in a dynamic indoor/outdoor environment. You'll be visible, engaged, and setting the standard every day. You'll work with others to continuously improve store performance while ensuring safety and environmental policies are followed to the letter.

What You Bring

✔ Management experience in a retail setting

✔ Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain a team

✔ Mechanical inclination and comfort in a hands-on environment

✔ Solid knowledge of safety and environmental policies

✔ Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and developing staff

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ Comfort working both indoors and outdoors

✔ Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
