What You'll Do

• Handle shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory activities.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation and customer orders.
• Pack products and materials for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Use ERP/shipping systems, pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, scales, and other warehouse equipment.
• Follow GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving or material handling experience.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and data entry.
• Experience in a GMP or FDA-regulated environment is a plus.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and dolly experience.
• Experience with shipping systems such as FedEx preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required forklift certification.
• Ability to maintain a satisfactory California driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
