Would you enjoy working in a beautiful natural setting, welcoming guests, and helping care for a truly special place?

Anaway Place is a boutique cabin retreat set on 110 acres in Wisconsin’s Driftless Region. We are seeking a dependable, personable, and hands-on individual to join our small team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests.

1    What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in
• Manage our small onsite store during scheduled hours
• Answer guest questions and respond to occasional needs
• Complete light household and property maintenance
• Assist with laundry, garbage collection, and general upkeep
• Notice and address the small details that keep the property looking and operating at its best
• Respond calmly and resourcefully when unexpected situations arise

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you are:

• Warm, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
• Attentive to detail and proud of doing things well
• Able to prioritize tasks and think on your feet
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team
• Familiar with basic household, yard, or property care
• At least 18 years old and able to sell alcohol
• Able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather
• In possession of reliable transportation

Schedule

The position requires availability every other week from 1:00–6:00 p.m. [Friday- Thursday, Saturdays 10- 2pm], plus on-call availability for guest or property emergencies during those assigned weeks. Additional hours may occasionally be available, particularly when we host special events.

Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus additional compensation for assigned on-call weeks and emergency call-outs.
