Fry Cook

The Role: Our authentic Buffalo Wings are famous, and we need a dedicated Fry Cook to keep them flying out of the kitchen! You will be responsible for managing the deep fryers, ensuring our wings, fries, and hot sides are cooked to golden, crispy perfection.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain deep fryers, carefully monitoring oil temperatures and quality.
• Cook chicken wings, french fries, and other fried appetizers to exact ticket specifications.
• Toss wings in our signature sauces and plate them beautifully.
• Filter oil and clean fryers according to our safety and sanitation schedule. Requirements:
• Prior experience working a fry station in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate timing with the Pizza and Grill stations.
