Vanguard Executive Partners LLC is looking for a driven and ambitious Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team in Dearborn, MI. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within assigned accounts
- Present products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Track account activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong and communication skills,
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- No prior experience required — full training provided for the right candidate
- Must be available for full time and able to commute to Dearborn, MI
