What You Bring to the Table:

- Clean Driving Record: A must-have for this role!
- Certifications (or Willingness to Certify): ASHI, InterNACHI, or CREIA certifications are a huge plus.
Bonus points if you hold a Contractor’s license, speak Spanish, and/or have a Drone License!
Physical Requirements:
- Able to access crawl spaces, attics, and safely climb ladders.
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
