Baker of Delicious Cookies

Join our team in overseeing the mixing and rolling of delicious cookies and preparing the dough for the day. You'll play a key role in achieving our goals for food preparation, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Provide warm, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all our guests by taking orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and serving food and beverages. You'll also assist in various other areas, including preparing beverages and arranging food items.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Embrace Our Mission: Act and promote our mission at Crave by working independently and collaboratively to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create amazing products.

• Dough Preparation: Evaluate dough at the beginning of each shift to ensure the right amounts are being made.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Follow and maintain appropriate cleaning schedules for all areas of the store, including storage areas.

• Consistent Quality: Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes and standards.

• Dough Management: Prepare dough according to the recipe, roll it out, and label it for future use.

• Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist at the counter, help customers, bake, and decorate cookies.
