Apartment Porter / Groundskeeper

SwiftTalent Partners is hiring Porters/Groundskeepers to help apartment communities stay clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. This role supports curb appeal, resident satisfaction, and the day-to-day appearance of the property.

What You'll Do:

· Clean and maintain property grounds, parking areas, breezeways, sidewalks, amenities, common areas, and interior spaces.

· Remove trash, recycling, bulk items, and debris; keep dumpsters and trash areas neat and safe.

· Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, wash, and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and shared spaces.

· Assist with vacant apartment cleaning, including appliances, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and final touch-ups.

· Support maintenance with light painting, minor tasks, property walks, work area cleanup, and safety-related duties.

· Distribute resident notices or communications as assigned.

· Report safety issues, maintenance needs, and curb appeal concerns to the supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

· Grounds, porter, janitorial, apartment, hospitality, or general labor experience preferred but not always required.

· Ability to follow direction, work independently, and move quickly in a busy property environment.

· General maintenance knowledge is a plus.

· Reliable transportation may be required.

· Positive attitude, dependability, and commitment to keeping the community clean and presentable.

Schedule / Physical Requirements: Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, property events, seasonal needs, and occasional overtime. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, walk the property, and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions.
