You will act as the vital bridge between our customers in the U.S. and our technical/production teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery. You will represent our company in the field, tasked with cultivating trust, building a robust local channel ecosystem, and managing key customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the data center infrastructure space.
  • Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and manage local channel partners (distributors, VARs, and system integrators) to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the territory, accurately forecast sales targets, and report on pipeline health.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at data centers, including facility managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to the engineering and product teams on market trends, competitive landscape, and specific customer needs regarding busway systems and power distribution.
  • Trust & Credibility: Serve as the primary local point of contact, ensuring transparency, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.


Qualifications

  • Channel Sales: Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partner programs.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the data center physical infrastructure industry.
  • Network: Established relationships with data center operators, colocation providers, and electrical distributors in the U.S. market.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of power distribution units (PDUs), busway (track busway), industrial connectors, and power cords. Candidates must understand how these products integrate into data center environments.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex technical specifications into customer value propositions.
