Location: Decatur, AR
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $13/hour
Position: Trailer Assembler
As a Trailer Assembler, you will work on a production line assembling trailers and installing components using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities:
Install axles, tires, wiring, lights, and other trailer components
Follow work orders and factory specifications
Test equipment for proper operation
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, standing, climbing, and lifting
Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
Ability to communicate effectively in English
