Production - Quality Assurance

This role is responsible for inspecting incoming raw materials, components, and packaging materials, verifying supplier documentation (COAs/COCs), and ensuring compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and packaging materials
• Review COAs, COCs, and supplier documentation
• Perform visual and physical inspections
• Ensure proper material quarantine, sampling, and release
• Identify and document nonconforming materials
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with GDP
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

We are ideally looking for candidates with:

• 2–5 years of QA inspection experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industries
• Strong understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Experience with incoming inspection, material release, and supplier quality activities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must be able to lift 50-70lbs consistently throughout the day
