We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of a growing multi-brand Quick Service and Casual Dining restaurant group. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, compliance, and accounting team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Maintain ERP systems and internal controls
• Oversee audits, tax compliance, and banking relationships
• Monitor fixed assets, leases, and regulatory compliance
• Develop KPIs and financial analysis to support executive leadership
• Lead and mentor the accounting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, or franchise experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems
• CPA or CMA is a plus
