This role is ideal for experienced Shift Managers or Assistant Managers ready to grow into a General Manager position.

Key Responsibilities 

● Support the GM in day-to-day operations 

● Lead and coach team members 

● Maintain food quality and safety standards 

● Manage inventory and cost controls 

● Handle guest concerns 

● Help drive sales and profitability 

Qualifications 

● Restaurant leadership experience preferred 

● Strong communication skills 

● Knowledge of food safety 

● POS and cash handling experience 

● ServSafe Certification a plus
