Customer Service Representative

OriginLab is a software company located in downtown Northampton, MA. We produce a scientific software sold around the world.

Job Description:

• Process customers’ orders and deliver software license daily
• Process incoming customer inquiries and pass leads to sales team.
• Send renewal quotes, follow up on renewals, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely renewals.
• Communicates client needs and demands to company
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Other related work required

Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem solving skills.

Strong computer skills.

.Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
