Account Controller - Now Hiring

• Financial Reporting: Oversee the creation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure tax and regulatory filings are correct and manage external audits.
• Team Management: Lead and train staff accountants, bookkeepers, and payroll clerks.
• Internal Controls: Set up security rules and processes to prevent fraud and errors.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Track spending trends, compare actual costs to budgets, and help leaders plan future spending

• Recent, relevant work experience within the past 5-10 years 
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred, not required 
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred, not required 
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. 
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening 

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $40.00 Per Hour
