Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an Inpatient Acute Care travel assignment in New Albany, Mississippi.
This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys the variety and clinical challenge of a hospital environment. You'll work with adult and geriatric patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and other medically complex conditions, helping them regain the functional skills needed to safely transition to their next level of care.

Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Mississippi OT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong evaluation and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable treating medically complex patients
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Previous inpatient acute or hospital experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Complete OT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, endurance, cognition, and safety
- Provide therapeutic activities and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Assist with discharge planning and recommendations
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and case management
- Complete timely clinical documentation
