Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare facility located in Covington, Washington. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans and X-rays for patients, primarily within emergency department and inpatient settings. The position is suitable for candidates with at least one year of hospital CT and X-ray experience, and it offers an opportunity for first-time travelers to gain valuable clinical experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, with shift start at 7:00 PM, totaling 12 hours per shift, and a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and holding the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT and Radiography (R); must possess or have pending proof of Washington state license (applied 6 or more weeks prior); with at least 1 year of hospital CT and X-ray experience
• Responsibilities include conducting CT scans, X-ray procedures, and working with emergency department and inpatient staff; IV starts and cardiac experience are preferred
• Skill Requirements: Proficiency in CT and X-ray, ability to collaborate effectively with ED and inpatient teams, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• EMR: Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system is preferred but not required
• Floating: not required
• On-Call: no
• Scrub Color: any color or pattern scrubs, or business professional/casual attire
