Location: Lacey, Washington – 1.5 hours from Seattle
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week, 89-day assignment through December 5, 2026

Requirements:
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) certification for PTAs through FSBPT
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Active, unrestricted professional license with no current or prior disciplinary actions
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening
- Current immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing, and seasonal influenza
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic interventions
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under Physical Therapist supervision
