**Qualifications and Requirements Overview:** 1. **Experience:** - Must have experience in left/right heart catheterization, PCI, and peripheral procedures, as well as device placement and renal cases. - 2 years of experience in the service line is required. - Previous charge experience is not specified as required. - Travel experience is strongly preferred. 2. **Certifications and Licensure:** - Accepts ARRT or RCIS certifications. - Certification in ACLS, BLS, and possibly CCI RCES*, CCI RCIS*, CET* are required or recognized. - License must be in hand at the time of submittal and verified. 3. **Skills:** - Proficiency in left heart catheterization, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), perform EKG lead placement*, stent placement, temporary pacemaker insertion, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, and X-ray. - Ability to perform permanent pacemaker insertion (PPI) and right heart catheterization. 4. **Additional Requirements:** - Flu vaccine is required, with medical/religious exemptions allowed. - Travel distance maximums: RN/LVN must be over 150 miles away; Allied/CNA must be over 50 miles away. - Not open to local candidates. - Return travelers must have been gone for at least one year. 5. **Technology:** - Experience with Altera charting system is preferred but not required. 6. **Other Considerations:** - Facility will conduct its own drug screening upon arrival, including marijuana, with a positive result leading to automatic cancellation. - Modules during orientation must be completed, averaging 6-8 non-billable hours. - Candidates must be prepared to complete lab items swiftly upon accepting an offer.
