Job Summary
Seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic examinations while ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and compliance with radiation protection and HIPAA standards. The ideal candidate should have ARRT and BLS certifications and strong communication and patient-care skills.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Perform radiographic examinations according to established protocols.
- Verify patient identification, exam orders, and demographic information.
- Maintain accurate documentation using HIS and PACS systems.
- Follow radiation safety, infection control, quality, and HIPAA standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare team members.
- ARRT certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- 1+ year of radiology experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and English proficiency required.
- Must be comfortable caring for patients across all age groups.
