Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring 1+ year of recent home health experience and HomeCare HomeBase charting proficiency.
Details
- Home Health setting serving geriatric patients
- Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Coverage area up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
- No on-call requirement
- iPad provided; personal cell phone not required
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
- BLS certification required
- OASIS experience required for clinicians performing start of care (SOC) visits
- HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting experience required
- License required if applicable
- Proof of vehicle insurance required
- Must be flexible with territory coverage
Additional Information
- Scrubs required in any color; jeans not permitted
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
- Compliance items must be started within 24 hours of accepting an offer
- Any time off requests made after an offer is accepted require on-site manager approval
