Job Summary:
The location is in Seaside, Oregon. This position is for a CT Technologist specializing in computed tomography within a critical access healthcare facility. The role involves performing CT scans and X-rays on a variety of patient populations with a focus on patient safety and quality imaging. The technician may be required to float between units and assist with additional imaging procedures as needed.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARRT CT certification, ARRT R (Radiography), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 0 years minimum experience, Oregon state license (pending acceptable) or current license
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE imaging equipment, recent X-ray experience, 2 years of experience preferred, Epic charting system experience
- Additional Qualifications: Recent experience with X-rays, able to assist with X-ray procedures on weekends, experience with inpatient and outpatient imaging preferred, vehicle required for assignment, references covering 1 year within the last 3 years, flexibility to float within hospital or nearby affiliate facilities, commitment to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day).
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Must be able to perform CT and X-ray exams, including abdomen with/without contrast, head scans, chest, pelvis, Vascular CTA, lumbar, and musculoskeletal trauma. Inpatient and outpatient experience with GE equipment is required.
- Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS.
- Additional Information: Candidates need to be adaptable to unit requirements, and must complete all onboarding modules prior to start. No prohibited content is included.
