Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist Assistant – Portland, OR 97213

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: East Portland, OR and surrounding areas

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), Monday through Friday. Up to 6 patient visits per day with 30 productivity points standard. No weekend coverage required. No on-call required.

Requirements:

• Active Oregon state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred; familiarity with home health documentation
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
