PCA HHA

We are seeking a PCA Home Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine homecare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Companionship
• Assist with Grocery Shopping, & Medical Appointments
• Light Housekeeping
• Fix Breakfast & Lunches

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to encourage patient with activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Spanish Speaking preferred
