Job Description
Southwest Healthcare Services is seeking a motivated and skilled Radiology Technologist / CT Technologist to join our Radiology team.
This full-time position provides imaging services across our hospital and clinic. The schedule includes flexible day shifts and scheduled on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
CT experience is preferred; however, Southwest Healthcare Services is willing to train a qualified Radiologic Technologist who demonstrates strong technical skills, sound professional judgment, and a commitment to excellent patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform diagnostic-quality radiographic and computed tomography examinations.
- Position patients accurately and operate imaging equipment according to provider orders.
- Follow technical specifications and established imaging protocols.
- Apply radiation-safety standards and appropriate protection practices.
- Produce high-quality CT images using sound professional judgment.
- Educate and support patients before, during, and after imaging procedures.
- Initiate life-support measures when medically necessary.
- Respond reliably to emergencies during scheduled on-call shifts.
- Work effectively with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and ancillary staff in hospital, clinic, outpatient, and emergency settings.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory and facility standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of a radiologic technology educational program accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Current licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners.
- ARRT certification or eligibility to sit for the certification examination.
- CT experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to participate in scheduled evening, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage.
