We are looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers (Resident Care Associates) who take pride in making a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support while helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist      residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing,      dressing, grooming, and mobility  
  • Provide      care with a strong focus on dignity, respect, and individuality 
  • Observe      and report changes in resident condition to leadership  
  • Support      medication assistance (as trained and permitted)  
  • Assist      with meals, housekeeping, and laundry  
  • Follow      care plans and support resident activities and engagement  
  • Respond      appropriately to emergencies and safety needs  
  • Maintain      accurate documentation and communication  
  • Create      a positive, welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests       

Shift Expectations

  • Full-time      and part-time positions available  
  • Must      be available for weekend rotations 
  • NOC      shift team members must be able to remain alert and responsive      throughout the shift

  • Previous      caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living      preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability  to lift, move, and assist residents (up to 50–80 lbs as needed)  
  • Ability  to remain active throughout the shift  
  • Ability  to communicate clearly with residents and team members

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • High      school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting also
  • preferred.
  •  Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families,  visitors, and other staff members.
  • Must be able to perform job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable
  • accommodation.
  •  Able to pass the necessary tests (i.e., CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers, etc.) if required by state
  • regulations.
  • Must be able to work full-time or part-time as agreed upon, on assigned shift, including
  • weekend  and holiday rotations
