Licensed Bilingual Medicare Insurance Agent (Spanish & English Speaking) - Now Hiring

RemX is seeking Licensed Medicare Insurance Agents for our client. We are looking for motivated, goal-oriented professionals who are passionate about helping clients find Medicare solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Title: Remote Bilingual Medicare Insurance Agent (Spanish & English Speaking)

Location: Remote (Cannot reside in AK, CA, CO, HI, IL, LA, MA, MD, MT, NJ, NY, WA, Washington, D.C., or outside the U.S.)

Pay: $18-$24/hr

Start: ASAP

Pay Structure:

• English Agents: $21/hr ($18 base + $3 stipend) (7/1/26-12/15/26)
• Bilingual Spanish Agents: $24/hr ($19 base + $5 stipend)

Schedule:

• Training: 2-4 weeks between 6am-2am EST
• After Training: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, Monday-Sunday between 6am-2am EST

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads
• Educate clients on Medicare plan options
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Identify upselling opportunities
• Meet sales and performance goals
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:

• Active Health Insurance License
• Previous Medicare sales experience
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

At least 1 year of Health plan sales experience, Active Health License in the state you currently reside, Can't reside in the following: AK, CA, HI, MT, CO, IL, LA, MA, MD, NJ, NY, WA, Washington, D.C., or outside of the United States
