Maintenance Technician

We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations on the NIGHT shift. If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Training Requirement

• All new hires will complete 1–3 months of paid training on 1st shift before transitioning to nights.

Night Shift Schedule

• Rotating 12-hour shifts
• Sunday through Friday
• 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues
• Support robots, presses, and automated production equipment
• Read schematics, manuals, and work orders
• Work closely with production to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and plant standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field or 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work at heights, and work safely in an industrial environment
• Forklift experience or the ability to become certified is a plus
