Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge 2 to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties. This role involves implementing the experience program at the client site, combining your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with building access badges.
  • Serve as a building, campus, or area information center.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services, aiming to positively impact employee and guest care and comfort.
  • Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management.
  • Organize and maintain lobby/front desk areas.
  • Work collaboratively within the facility management and transportation team.
  • Anticipate and respond to needs and concerns.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate as necessary to prevent incidents or disruptions.
  • Strive to continually improve service performance and achieve performance goals.
  • Work collaboratively within the account team to deliver Experience Services across all business lines.
  • Assist with third-party vendor relationships and service partners to ensure maximum service delivery.
  • Deliver intuitive service by anticipating needs or concerns and exceeding expectations.
  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships with employees and guests.
  • Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services.
  • Perform additional job duties as required.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real estate knowledge preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams, leading or following respectfully and cooperatively.
  • Track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in front desk operations and administrative support.
  • Experience in service and hospitality.

Work Environment

This role requires working within the operations of a corporate environment, with a schedule varying to cover campus hours of operation from 7:30 am to 6 pm. The position involves engagement with employees and guests in the workplace, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining a hospitality-focused environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of McLean, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
