Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to high school students in a life skills program
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support student success
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Foster a safe, empowering classroom atmosphere that promotes personal and academic growth
• Utilize data-driven instruction and maintain accurate records of student progress
• Support students in building daily living skills and preparing for post-secondary transitions
