Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Part-Time Caregiver/Transportation Assistant Duties • Push wheelchair up/down ramp, in/out of house • Lock/unlock van wheelchair hooks • Transfer/adjust him in wheelchair (will train) • Use lift/hoist; reposition to prevent sores • Assist with diapering, bed bath, teeth, face • Follow posted house instructions; refill supplies • Keep van gassed; wash weekly Schedule • Mon–Fri, 4:30–7:30 p.m. (up to 1 hr extra if needed) • Pick up from day program by 5:15 p.m. Requirements • Physically fit • Good driving record • Private auto insurance (copy required)
