House Cleaner

This is for cleaning my father's apartment downstairs only. It is only about 900 square feet, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a small kitchen. With a living space as well. I can't keep up with my house, working full-time, and taking care of my father's home. We've had a housekeeper coming since we built the apartment for him about 2 years ago and are looking for somebody who will do a great job, is trustworthy, and pay attention to details. Gratuity and bonuses will be overwhelmingly considered based on performance.
