We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license is required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Orthopedic experience preferred. Experience treating postoperative and older adult populations preferred.
- Ability to manage an outpatient caseload averaging 10+ patients per day and to use clinical judgment to adjust treatment time for complex cases.
- Willingness to work the listed schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Flexible scheduling may be available depending on candidate needs.
- New graduates are welcome. Internship or clinical orthopedic experience is desirable. Clinical mentorship and structured onboarding are provided.
- Willingness to consider relocation if applicable. Travel candidates may be considered.

Position Details:
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic located in Fort Myers, FL.
- Shift: Days. Typical schedule Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
- Appointment structure: 30-minute treatment sessions (longer for complex cases), 45-minute evaluation slots, with flexibility for 30/45/60-minute appointments.
- Occasional double-booking permitted at the clinician’s discretion to meet patient needs.
- Clinical autonomy to adjust treatment time for postoperative and complex cases.
- Team composition includes multiple PTs, PTAs, and OTs with hands-on Clinical Director mentorship.
- Compensation range competitive and commensurate with experience. Productivity bonus option is available but not mandatory. Bonuses paid during the first pay period of each month.
