Maintenance Technician – Keep ACC Running Strong!

Do you love fixing things, staying busy, and keeping everything running like clockwork? Advanced Chemical Company (ACC) is looking for a Maintenance Technician who's skilled, dependable, and safety-focused to help maintain our facilities and equipment at peak performance.

What You'll Do:

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs to ensure machinery and facilities run efficiently

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating projects and priorities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and air compressor systems

• Tackle a mix of technical and hands-on tasks — from equipment repair to snow removal and painting

• Keep safety at the forefront of everything you do

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, and pumps (mag/diaphragm)

• Welding experience is a plus

• Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and switch between technical and general maintenance tasks

• Organized, punctual, and ready to jump in when something needs immediate attention

• Solid communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to work occasional overtime when needed

• Reliable references from past supervisors or customers
