Dermatology Physician - East Central Illinois

Healthcare United is seeking a Dermatologist to launch and lead a brand-new dermatology service line in East Central Illinois. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build a practice your way, backed by an expanding, financially stable regional health system with a large established referral base and strong administrative support. The community has significant unmet demand for dermatologic care, positioning the incoming physician for a rapid ramp-up.

• Establish and grow a comprehensive dermatology service line within the community
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical dermatologic conditions
• Perform dermatologic procedures within scope of training
• Help define clinic workflows, staffing, and equipment needs for the new program
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians on referrals
• Provide consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Deliver patient-focused, quality-driven care

Requirements

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
• Interest in program-building; experienced physicians and confident new graduates welcome
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available

Benefits

• Expected base salary range $475,000 – $550,000+
