This full-time opportunity offers strong earning potential, a manageable 1:4 call rotation, and a collaborative team of three physicians and two advanced practice providers — including a colleague who specializes in laryngology. The incoming physician will join a financially stable, not-for-profit regional health system with excellent referral support and a loyal patient base.

This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and surgical responsibilities within a collegial and physician-friendly environment. Candidates seeking long-term stability, high compensation, quality of life, and strong administrative support will find this to be an outstanding opportunity.

  • Provide comprehensive medical and surgical ENT care to an adult and pediatric patient population
  • Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
  • Perform a full scope of otolaryngologic procedures and surgeries
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers to optimize patient access and continuity of care
  • Participate in a shared 1:4 call rotation
  • Partner with primary care and specialty colleagues on coordinated, multidisciplinary care
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Deliver patient-focused, quality-driven care

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B) is not available

Benefits
  • $600,000 – $625,000+ base salary plus RVU productivity incentives
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus
  • $60,000 retention bonus ($20,000 paid at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
  • Quality, productivity, and relocation bonuses available
  • 33 days paid time off
  • 5 CME days plus $6,000 annual CME allowance
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits plus pension/retirement plan
  • Malpractice coverage and relocation assistance available
