Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a reliable, compassionate nanny for our newborn daughter (born 7/21/26). We need coverage 3 days a week (TuesdayThursday during normal business hours) while Mom works in-office. Dad works remotely from home full-time. Our daughters ideal day centers on personalized infant care: safe sleep routines, feeding schedules, outdoor walks, and age-appropriate developmental play. We are seeking a proactive, open-minded caregiver with strong newborn experience who values transparent communication. We have a dog in our home, prefer a secular worldview, and treat our caregiver as a valued partner in our daughters growth.
