Nanny Needed

Seeking morning nanny/sitter to help get 2 elementary aged kids (4th & 5th grade) ready and dropped off at school. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Additional afternoon and evening shifts as needed/available. Experience working with neurodivergent/ADHD/Autistic kids and behavior management skills required, including maintaining consistent use of incentives and consequences in a nurturing attachment-based approach. Adherence to daily routines is critical. Clean driving record required but car will be provided. Household has cats.
