Production Finisher & Operators

Penmac Staffing is hiring for our manufacturing partner in the Brainerd area! We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals for multiple full-time production openings on 1st and 2nd shift. These are excellent opportunities for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and are looking for a long-term job with a four-day work week.

Current Openings & Pay

1st Shift Production Finisher (1 Opening)

• Monday-Thursday
• 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• $18.00/hour

2nd Shift Production Finisher (1 Opening)

• Monday-Thursday
• 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM
• $19.00/hour ($18.00 base pay + $1.00 shift differential)

2nd Shift Rotational Mold Operator (2 Openings)

• Monday-Thursday
• 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM
• $21.00/hour ($20.00 base pay + $1.00 shift differential)

Production Finisher ResponsibilitiesProduction Finishers work independently and as part of a team to complete production requirements, including assembly, finishing, and quality checks of molded products. Duties may include:

• Leak testing tanks and assemblies
• Inspecting finished components
• Routing, drilling, deburring, and finishing products
• Following production paperwork and procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting team production goals
• Following all safety policies and procedures

Rotational Mold Operator ResponsibilitiesRotational Mold Operators help ensure production goals are met by operating molding equipment and supporting manufacturing processes. Duties may include:

• Loading and unloading molds
• Operating rotational molding equipment
• Performing mold or tool changes
• Using power tools and production equipment
• Completing production paperwork
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work independently and with a team 
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift 
• Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
