Job Description & Requirements

Call Requirements
- On-call every 3rd weekend
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday (24-hour coverage)
- 1-2 weeknight call shifts per week
- Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- 30-minute response time
Requirements
- BLS (AHA) required
- ACLS preferred
- Experience scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating cases
- Strong cardiac cath and IR experience required
- General X-ray/panning knowledge required
- Active license required at submission
Unit Details
- 2-room Cath Lab
- Average 6 cases per day
- Cerner & Merge charting systems
- Acute care setting
Case Types
- Coronary interventions
- Interventional Radiology procedures
- Vascular procedures
- No EP cases performed
Additional Information
- Hospital-provided light blue scrubs
- Occasional sitter assistance may be required
- Unit orientation with CBTs and competency binder during first week
- Facility may cancel up to 12 hours per 13-week contract
