Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Travel Contract)

Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services within a busy hospital-based practice setting
- Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse outpatient caseload, developing individualized care plans
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy team including OT and Speech-Language Pathology departments
- Complete required facility orientation and education modules prior to or at start of assignment
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine (required prior to start)
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to work a consistent 40-hour week, Monday through Friday day shift schedule
- Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient physical therapy setting
- Familiarity with health system orientation and compliance processes
- Opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary therapy department with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and no weekend or call obligations
- Gain valuable travel therapy experience in a structured hospital-based outpatient environment with a defined 13-week engagement
