Team Shift Lead at Gold Country Lanes - Full-time / Part-time

Location: 81 Ridge Road Sutter Creek, CA

We’re looking for a Team Shift Lead who enjoys leading a team and providing great guest service in a fast-paced, fun environment. This role leads the Front of House (FOH) team and helps ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support FOH team members
• Oversee leagues, tournaments, and daily front desk operations
• Coordinate and supervise birthday parties and event hosts
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
• Help manage staff schedules and event coverage
• Monitor bowling gear inventory (shoes, balls, lockers, socks, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws (breaks and meal periods)
• Open and close the facility, including till balancing and deposits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful workplace
• Help develop new leagues, events, and community tournaments

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Customer service focused and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Must have or be able to obtain:
• • Food Handler Certification (FHC)
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification (RBS)
