• Source and identify qualified candidates for HVAC positions in commercial and residential sectors
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the skilled trades or HVAC industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
