Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my father in his 80s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. I am looking for a caregiver for my father in his 80s. He can get around pretty well, but has some cognitive impairment and significant short term memory loss. Japanese speaking is a big plus!
