Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Help needed for my wife in her 60s - seeking part-time help. My wife has recently had two knee replacements, back surgery and heart surgery. This has resulted in mobility issues and as a result, housekeeping has suffered. She is embarrassed by the state of the house and is overwhelmed by what needs to be done. If someone could come in once a week and help her with dishes and laundry, it would really help. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
